The Project

CivilPlan secured integrated subdivision and land use resource consents to enable the development of 143 dwellings across three stages. The design strategically concentrated more intensive 3-storey dwellings along key roading corridors, including providing a high-amenity green road that fosters a sense of place and enhances the streetscape.

Future-Proofing the Development

A portion of the site fronting Fred Taylor Drive has been retained for a future apartment development, enabling the flexibility to respond to the changing market demands while maximising the site’s long-term potential.
