Senior Civil Engineer – Land Development
The successful candidate will be supported by our Team Leaders and the Engineering Manager, and be responsible for preparing AutoCAD drawings, 12d modelling, construction observation, contract management, and other tasks associated with civil engineering projects.
This role is well suited for a technically strong civil engineer with at least 5 years’ previous experience in land development. The candidate should have a good understanding of civil engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The role would be ideal for a candidate who enjoys working on a variety of projects and is interested in supporting our junior engineers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in land development engineering and a relevant engineering degree. AutoCAD and 12d knowledge required, along with a sound knowledge of local land development standards. You must be a strong communicator with a passion for land development, and getting involved in a variety of work.

Survey Technician

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Survey Technician to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be supported by our Senior Surveyors and the Survey Manager, this role will predominantly be field based, but will also include office work, preparing 12d reductions, Land online use and other tasks involved in the delivery of a diversity of land development and general surveying projects. This is a permanent, full time contract, based in our Manukau office.

GPS and robotic total station expertise
Full New Zealand drivers licence

Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Drone use and reductions would be an advantage but not necessary
