CivilPlan Partners with Manukau Symphony Orchestra to Champion Youth and Community Through Music

CivilPlan is proud to announce our new partnership with the Manukau Symphony Orchestra (MSO) as a Tuakana Mentor Chair Sponsor. This collaboration reflects our commitment to supporting initiatives that make a tangible difference in our South Auckland community.

The MSO, based at the Due Drop Events Centre in Manukau, is more than just an orchestra. Since 1993, it has been a cornerstone of cultural enrichment in the region, offering a unique blend of professional musicians, community players, and young talent. Through their Tuakana Mentorship Programme, experienced musicians (tuakana) guide and inspire the next generation (teina), fostering growth, confidence, and a deep appreciation for the arts.

Our decision to support the MSO stems from their unwavering dedication to uplifting youth from underprivileged backgrounds. By providing accessible music education and performance opportunities, they open doors to new pathways and possibilities for young individuals. This aligns seamlessly with CivilPlan's values of community engagement and social responsibility.
