Russell is a Director of the Company and has more than 30 years of private and public sector experience in New Zealand and London, practising planning and project management.

 

His expertise includes strategic and large scale structure plan and plan changes across the Auckland Region creating new suburbs, commercial centres, industrial parks and new towns.

 

His breadth of expertise extends from policy to consenting and implementation to expertly navigating through the Resource Management Act and Housing Accords and Special Housing Areas Act in the fast-changing regulatory environment framework that is specific to the Auckland region.
