Senior Planner

BPlan (Hons), MNZPI
 

 

Emma is a Senior Planner with over 10 years resource management planning experience, primarily in land development for both public and private sector clients.

 

She has a particular depth of expertise in subdivision and resource consent planning for a range of residential and commercial development scenarios including large scale greenfield developments.

 

Emma also has experience in strategic policy planning for growth areas, particularly within Special Housing Areas in the Auckland Region. She is a full member of the NZPI.
